The coconut balls are sweets, they taste really nice their official name is Congolais :)
In a previous post there was chicken rice balls, like the title mentions, they are rice balls!, But this dish was made by the owner for 42 years so I don’t hope to do the same just like that. her recipe is a secret: I have started to experiment on this. First trial was very tasty, but you bet, Not exacly like hers ;) I’ll try some more
The new one is a Christmas Tiramisu log that is too successful for my own good (people ask me to do it again and again and again!)
