Mary Queen of Hearts
is a mixed media production by Karin Taylor
Face & Arms illustration on brown paper using felt pen, pastel, charcoal
Dress & Crown white gesso arranged on brown paper and folded in half
and recoloured in photoshop to produce tartan
There is also a tshirt available in this design as well as cards and prints..see below:

I see you were over at my blog and left me a comment, thank you so much for that…..it was just a little experimental abstract…not really happy with it though…i did another one which i like much better, but i’ve never actually loaded it…perhaps i should as it would look very nice on a wall…it’s all squarish shapes….in caramels blues/greens…my fave colours… i wondered how come you were over at my blog…and now i know ….it was the buttons that ‘did it’!!!! lol

thanx zomboy…funny how it happened…but yes…i like the pixels there…
it was awash with colour originally and seemed a little overdone, the pixelation brought it back a bit to an acceptable less busy/overdone place that i was happy with finally! :D
