oh yes…definitely…i’ve seen it before a million times….one comes down with it and the others fall like flies….the enchantment lasts only for the time it takes to draw a fairy….but anything can happen during the time you’re drawing….if you are taken into the fairy vortex, well…..some have never been heard from again….the trick is to get the drawings out fast, before the fairies are alerted and come looking for you…phew! i just made it this time…looks like you were lucky too (lol) – it’s getting late at night here, and I get sillier and sillier towards the midnight hour…lol

Well u and i both know i’d love to do that probably more than anything else in the whole wide world, it’s like a dream that I live for….i’ve been pondering whether to self publish….once i have enough of my recently drawn little characters for the Kids Stuff Series. You can self publish your books over at lulu.com or blurb.com -

i don’t think any authors are going to approach me…as i’ve been waiting and hoping for a long time….so I guess what would be fun is to do it myself and share it through red bubble….i could do a book for each series, and maybe i could make up little phrases to go with them….it could be a fun project. – it sure would be nice to give them as gifts to my nieces, family and friends as Xmas pressies …. what do you think MT…(but maybe xmas 2009 :D)

Plus…thanx for being so kind, but you are so clever, don’t you ever feel inadequate on account of me, i only do what i do because i’m possessed by some sort of weird fever that makes me have to produce art at a rate of knots or feel miserable inside…

You have been hiding your drawing talents from me, now i see what you are capable of, my goodness MT….you have such flair and style yourself and you’ve gotta know that – i hope you do :D

lol, thanx so much – have you heard of Byron Bay? it’s a hippy bohemian beachside place ….. with the very rich and the very poor living side by side, this is my inspiration for minstral fairy…a place where anything goes, and magic can happen, a whimsical place filled with music and unusual people in wonderful attire all passing by at a very relaxed slow pace….the beauty of byron bay draws many tourists and visitors each year….i live nearby
