yeah ie commented on this one before, but seriously, sto being so freakin full on with your work, and just stop for a minute.
take a breath.
then i want you to start making a cartoon.
so stop making hundreds of different images, and start making one image, and draw it over and over again with small adjustments. ill put it together so it moves. and i think this particular image here is the perfect style to try with.
how COOL would that be?

do simple drawing. your standard girl.
standing. arms down.
take grease paper (or go buy some proper semitransparant paper) and copy first, but lift one or both arms up a little.. or turn of the head..
repeat.
easy.
but to do it properly, we want roughly 24 to 29 movements (frames) per second of actual video time…. you can do it..
i once got a tiny metal human-form magnet which you could bend and twist the arms around…i made it move around – took forever, but its not particularly hard once you get setup and started, just tedious. but worth it. when i move in ive got an idea..

there you go thinking and planning. i would have just tore up half a room and started something random..and end up totally not being what it was orignally meant to.

yup its a long drawn out process.
make sure that when you photo or scan your images, that your not moving your point of view.
like strap your camera in a brace and have each page of drawing in the exact same place each time.. so you dont get jitter…
then what i would do would be to put each picure in order in my program, and have it displayed for 1/24th of a second each.
then i would render it all as a video file. voila ~instant cartoony thingy.
all time expensive, but with your talent i should think we’d get a fair few hits on youtube etc.
