    i love the shading here.. very nice and smooth.. the bird is so cute..
    i so love her hair.. are those tin cans? is there some symbolism behind this? =D

    those things in the water? they are pylons or timber poles that you tie the boat to… i think the look is symbolic…she is just like how i get sometimes, a bit like my Twisted Inner Monster….she’s saying ‘don’t mess with me’...’i might look small and insignificant, but don’t underestimate me’ ...she is also very determined to get those pearls….the pearl of great price at any cost….!!! that’s pirates for ya, they are ruthless methinx…i’m not that ruthless tho :)

    I see she has put down her guitar and gone for the Open Seas :o)
    I love the way the black part of the water is the wave shape.
    I love the way she is colour coordinated with her boat, the bird and the sun –
    this makes for a very harmonious picture.
    I like the real looking stones. Not sure what the blue thing is on her hat.
    Your little blond character has her ‘I have an attitude – so what’ face on again :o)
    FANTASTIC PIECE OF ART – as ever Karin :o)
