    this is very powerful. Scars can indicate healing on a just basic functioning level or sometimes deeper as well. Your piece here feels so full of life, that one imagines she is deeper because of the life experienced. In horses, the raised scar tissue is called “proud flesh”; its working demonstrates the inner sense of the body to heal istself.
