I love the somber mood in this one.

  • Karen Tillotson replied

Thanks for the visit, comments & fave Delany. It’s an eerie sight…there are these three old houses left on overgrown properties along a gravel road…all empty…all boarded up…and they all look like they were probably quite lovely at one time. The inhabitants just ‘walked away’ from them all.

Excellent work Karen, very eerie feel to it!

  • Karen Tillotson replied 9 days ago

Thanks Martin. It’s kind of a spooky place….there’s these two old abandoned houses side by side in the middle of (almost) nowhere….it’s the vines and brush growing up around them that gets a person thinking. ‘One day, the earth will reclaim & swallow them up’.
