Such a beautiful portrait of a beautiful woman!
Karen, I have no doubt your mother will be extremely happy with this.
She has a warm and soft face..and such wonderful sensitive eyes…
and we know these are the stairways to the soul.
You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful bond with your mother….and I know you will continue to cherish that :o))

  • You always see right through my artwork to the core of the subject Sharon. Mum is warm and soft and sensitive and you have nailed it to a tee. Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. I have a few friends whose Mums have passed away and it reminds me to absolutely cherish every moment with her, although sadly she lives 1000 km away – thank goodness for the phone!!! :)

What a beautiful thing to say about your mum, she must be very proud of you, gorgeous portrait, well done :o)x

  • Thank you so much Josie – Mum always denies that she was my main source of inspiration for art, but she underestimates herself, and whilst I know she is proud of me, I am completely indebted to her for so much!!! :)
