Thank you Cathy – you put a huge smile on my face this morning!!! xx
just saw this Karen while browsing your gallery….what perfection! I have had the pleasure of meeting Peter the Red and of course the Auld Yin recently at an exhibition I went in and this is 100 percent Peter!! How long have you been doing portraits I wonder?
I had an email from the Auld Yin on the night he was going to your exhibition and he was very excited. I’m so glad it looks like Peter The Red!!! I started doing portraits seriously from about the middle of last year – I had done a few for family and friends before that but never had the confidence to actually sell them. I enjoy doing the pastel portraits even more than the coloured pencil portraits, so I’m really hoping they take off.
I am 100 percent certain they will! This is the spitting image of Peter!
Thank you Linda :))
AHA! All is now revealed! I have just found a bmail from ‘The Old (B) Yin’! I have just returned from a week away, ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT MY MONITOR IS ON THE BLINK NOW, AND HAS TURNED EVERYTHING GREEN!!!!! So I am unable to comment on anything RED, but from what I can see this is yet another stunning portrait Karen! (I am going into town to buy a new monitor tomorrow and will be able to see it properly after that)!!!
Ha Ha – you’re always good for a laugh Lynda!!! :)))
