“BRINGING COCOS TO THE WORLD”

Hi, greetings from the sandbar in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

I live on one of Australia’s most remote and little known territories, the Cocos (Keeling) Islands located literally in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

When I moved to Cocos I started dabbling a little with photography. It soon became apparent that I’d finally found something I was passionate about. I am totally self-taught. Each time I go out shooting I try to challenge myself with something new I’ve learnt via google or Nikonians, the best Nikon forum out there (highly recommend). It is very difficult not to want to grab a camera and start shooting the amazing beauty that surrounds me on a daily basis.

I am happily married to a very, very patient husband and have a gorgeous daughter from a previous marriage.

My personal achievements have been self-publishing a coffee table book called Reflections of the Cocos (Keeling) Islands

My landscape and underwater images have been commissioned by Australia Post for several Cocos (Keeling) Islands stamp issues. It just proves you are never to old to live a dream.
