    Just having a look at all your images and was very moved by your Memory of Courage. Do you live near where those horrendous fires swept through? My husband and I had driven to Melbourne from Sydney , then to the Great Ocean Road during this time and had just left Bendigo on our return journey, days before the fires came.

    It was a horid time… We live 40 minutes away from the closest fire. We had been camping the week before just kms from Kinglake that got destroyed. We went up through there just to have a look that weekend and then within a week it was gone. So very sad but so grateful we saw it the week before
