CRITIQUE – Kanjitee, this piece is a lot like Peace stone 1 – i imagine you used the same template? As per that design, do drop the placement of the image to the bottom of the tee. Also consider making the design more asymmetrical.

Yes, this started with the same original drawing as the other. I am trying to come up with 5 different background designs for the kanji. You are saying it is still too symmetrical?

Perhaps it’s just that the stones at the front don’t look quite right, like the shadow isn’t in the right place, you know? Maybe just get rid of one of the leaf-clumps on the left and add some more shadow?
