my god, this is so fantastic.
I see you use a D70. I’m learning a D40X. So far, I like it.
I see that this is a canyon of sedimentary rox which is what we here in New York. Our base rock is slate which is extremely rare but also beautiful and we also have many gorges and water falls and lakes. So, it’s a photo-fest here. But, I’m leaning that your country offers some amazing shots as well. From the reds of the dessert to the rich blues in the water of the ocean. Also, you must have a low aperture lens to have kept the depth of this in focus the whole way!

Many thanks for your detailed comment – you’re right, it is sedimentary rock. This area has amazing geology! I use a D200 nowadays, but have seen some great results from the D40x.
