I tried to figure out what those things were before I read your description, Norbert. They were familiar but I couldn’t quite recognize them. Ah, yes! Eels! They do a good job of hiding. Have they also changed color?
It is very unusual to find so many moray eels in one place. They try to hide between the white xenia corals. No that’s the normal color of this small species. Thank you Gary. Tomorrow I go to visit the worlds biggest Boat and water sport show in Dusseldorf at the Rhine river. I like to present some of my pictures there: http://www.boot.de/cipp/md_boot/custom/pub/cont...
Another splendid composition, Norbert… I see that these Peppered Morays are small ~ & probably not as potentially dangerous of their bigger cousins. They are wondering about you.
They are very cute and dangerous in no way.Thank you.
I thought that kind of fish was solitaire. amazing picture once again. great composition as usual ;)
They like to be for two or three. But I’ve never seen four in one place. Thank you Manon.
Nice shot Norbert. I hope the boat show went well and there was lots of interest in your images
Thank you Chris. The BOOT show is always a nice meet with people I know from many places in the world. I’ve got some nice jobs for the year……
