I have secured a great photographic studio on Oxford St, very close to the Sydney CBD which is available for casual hire, or short to long term rental.

It would also be suitable for exhibitions or short/long term gallery space rental.

It is modern and well maintained and includes:

-12 tungsten roof spot lights.
-Kitchenette with fridge and coffee/tea facilities.

Rates are expected in the vicinity of:

$25ph – student
$35ph – intermediate level folio work (non-commercial)
$50ph – commercial

And as Redbubble and many of its members have done so much for me over the past couple of years a 20% discount applies to the rates for Redbubble members only.

Long term rental enquiries are welcome. An adjoining office space will also be offered for casual/short or long term rental.
