It would also be suitable for exhibitions or short/long term gallery space rental.
It is modern and well maintained and includes:

-Nth-east facing windows for natural light (with block-out curtains).
-12 tungsten roof spot lights.
-Kitchenette with fridge and coffee/tea facilities.
-Ample bench space.
-Secure storage facilities.
-Mirrored wall (with block-out curtains).
-Air-conditioning.
-Built-in iPod music system.
-2 × 50w daylight balanced lights.
-Light cube (750mm x 750 × 750) for product shots.
-Change rooms.
-Adjoining areas very suitable to exhibitions and displays.
-Additional lighting is available for hire.
Rates are expected in the vicinity of:
$25ph – student
$35ph – intermediate level folio work (non-commercial)
$50ph – commercial
And as Redbubble and many of its members have done so much for me over the past couple of years a 20% discount applies to the rates for Redbubble members only.

Discounted rates are available for 1/2 or full day bookings.
Long term rental enquiries are welcome. An adjoining office space will also be offered for casual/short or long term rental.

Hi Trish, I have actually secured a larger space with two studios and am just waiting for the paperwork to go through before I can get my hands on it. As soon as that happens I will be updating all info and with pics. In the meantime I have the single studio still (next 3 wks at most I would say) which is available during that time. Will post pics.

I may be interested in hiring the – 4.75m x 4.5m studio space. for automotive photography in Sydney possible have need in the near future.
Please advise whether there would be vehicle access to that space, for example a roller door or garage door.
Also, is 20% off $50/Hr as an RB member the correct discount for photographers?
