Bright yellow of the Cowslip Orchids – an Australian native orchid found in Kings Park woodlands. They are prolific throughout woodlands and bush areas and seem to catch and reflect the sunlight.

I have never seen so many cowslips in the park before – there were thousands of them weren’t there? This is a cracker of a photo and you’ve soon got the hang of the new camera. One of these days I am hoping to find out the difference between the cowslips WITH the red pattern and those without.
