Trying out the new camera around Kings Park in Perth, walking through the bushland and found many clumps of the lovely Donkey Orchid

I have been very excited when I bought an Olympus SLR with interchangeable lenses, so am learning how to use it and having a ball :)

This is where we were today. Looks like you did the nature trail too! Thousands of donkey orchids and cowslips along there plus a few spiders. You certainly look to be getting the hang of the new camera very quickly! Peter

Thanks Peter, did not see any spider orchids, but found a new (at least to me) dryandra which I will put up in a day or two. The camera is great, the macro lens is a pure joy to use, but the rest of it is confusing me :)
