Wheel of Excellence #4
The Wheel of Excellence was opened for the first time in January 9th 2009, the first ride going to Perth Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi and it is expected to remain for two years on the foreshore near the Bell Tower, on the banks of the Swan River in Perth Western Australia
The wheel holds 36 capsules and can carry 288 passengers.
Cost $15 per adult $10 for children (4-12) and $2 for 2-3 year olds. the wheel turns threes times per ride, which apparently take between 12 and 15 minutes.
