Corymbia ficifolia – Red-flowering Gum is an Australian native tree. It carries large clusters of scarlet to orange flowers in late spring through summer, which are then followed by large urn-shaped fruit.

The tree grows to about 9m in height.

    my word.. what a beauty !.. it seems to be that the bee is a giant from being on such an amzingly wonderful tree!.. awesome capture!.. the tree looks like a fern and a banana tree in one.. i love it!!
