Verticordia plumosa var. ananeotes has been declared Rare.

This is a West Australian native plant found south of Perth. It prefers, in the wild, sandy loam and inundated plains. It is an erect sparsely branched shrub 0.3-0.5m high. The flowers are pink, purple or white and flowers November through December.
