Glacial Stream
On a day when the sun glared, my camera wore my sunnies! This image is taken through the lens of poloroid sunglasses. This is a challenge in itself, firstly to not get the edge of the glasses frame in the shot and secondly not to distort the image through the glasses lens. We tried this technique on several photos, getting different almost sepia effects, after reading photo hints on-line to combat sun glare. It worked on some occasions, but others totally ruined the shot. It was an interesting experiment, that works very well with strong sun glare on water, such as a lake, but needs almost flat lens of sunglasses to prevent distortion of the final image.
