Water Spirit
The Embera people in Colombia tell us that their jaibanas (shamans) learn their healing skills from Antomia, the Mother of Water.
Water Spirits are very shy and are more tuned in to the inner worlds of this universe than to the outer worlds like most humans. They communicate in a telepathic way. Just like dolphins and autistic people do.

The Embera people sound very much like they have a similar way of understanding the world to the Aboriginal people who are Indigenous to Australia. We as westerners could all learn a lot from them I think. We consider ourselves ‘civilized people’ but I wonder if we are becoming less civilized as we move further away from Indigenous beliefs and morals.

Yes, that’s exactly what I think: Indigenous cultures have lived for ten thousands of years in peace with Mother Earth, we could and should definitely learn from them how to live a sustainable life.
