Hawaii Seascape artist Joseph Y. Ruff. Seascapes in oils on stretched 3x primed canvas.
Wonderful finish Joseph, well worth the hours you put into it.
just realized you are not finished…Wow, don’t know what else you can add. Looks great the way it is.
I have to blend it smooth/refine it and put in high lites and sparkles in the water, and all the rigging on the boats, and lines that hold the boats in place, lastly another layer of aquamarine/tourquois to make the water translucent, also a touch more dioxazine purple (on the shady side of the boat and water), which goes so good with aquamarine ..maybe a few seagulls?
yeah this is good…….. could whip into my imaginatoin real quick…… nice one
Thank You Galaticos, Joseph
