I enjoy taking pictures of most beautiful things, but especially animals, flowers, and my home town of San Diego, California. I’m a former teacher who has liked photography since the age of twelve, when my father built me a darkroom in the basement of our home. There I developed, printed, and enlarged the simple photos that I took.

Please browse my photos. I hope that you find some that you like. Ten percent of my sales profits will be donated to dog breed rescue for Collies and Golden Retrievers, my favorite breeds.

Recently I have been honored to have some of my work published. A photo of my collie has been printed in the Coronado (California) Visitor’s Guide and I’ve had two photos published in Schmap (San Diego), an online digital travel guide. I have also had photos purchased by Whole Foods Market, Popular Photography, and Dog Fancy, among others.

My other love and passion is my humane education website for children, How to Love Your Dog, that helps kids learn to be responsible, respectful, and compassionate dog owners. Written for kids, it also appeals to adults who want to learn about dog training and tricks in a simple, relaxed way. Come on over for a visit and please share it with your dog-loving friends.
