These tiny natives, known as milk maids, grow wild in the forest where I live.They measure little more than a centimetre in diameter.

Not so hard to find this year, after good rainfall…but lovely all the same…It always delights me to see the tiny blooms of the forest enlarged into their full splendour…Thanks for your encouragement G.

Thanks Helen… We have had some good rain this Spring. After an unusually hot week for November, we had another 35 ml last night. I hope you get your share very soon (Pity Jamie can’t divert some to you. I’m sure he’d like to!)
