What a beauty. It looks like it is on fire, but I know how the sun lights them up. Great Photo Meg Congrats on your feature.

My pleasure Meg, and I just realized I hadn’t ticked favourite as I intended. I just love Gum trees, in fact all trees. I developed a love of them from my mother. From an early age she used to take me walking with her friends and always used to point out the trees. When my sisters arrived those lovely times were in the past but mum used to recite a lot and her favourite poem was about a tree.
