About justbmac

The love and passion I have for photography developed in South Africa – the land of my birth. I started photographing at a young age after I was given a camera by my late mother. For many years after her death I stopped taking pictures, but managed to reignite the fire in my late twenties. I am fascinated by life in all its forms, and I do my best to capture the world around me in a way that is both informative and artistic.

I wish I could have cleared the whole street! I don’t think the Edinburgh Council would have played ball though……

Thanks Vicki :) Cathedrals are among the many things I love in this world. The architectural splendour and attention to detail are awe inspiring.
