About This Painting

The title is a bit of a misquote. The quotation from Isaiah actually reads:

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; theyshall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40 : 31.

A great promise to all who are heavily-laden and in need of strength.
