I love the West and have lived here for more than 25 years. Horses and wildlife have been my lifelong artistic muses, along with drawing and expressive color. Places such as Yellowstone, Glacier, and Montana’s small-town summer rodeos provide plenty of fodder for artistic inspiration.
My painting focuses on today’s Wild West – depicting horses, rodeo, and wildlife with a contemporary flair. My work has been juried and invited into many exhibitions, including Birds in Art, the CM Russell auction, Gilcrease American Art in Miniature, Arts for the Parks, Oil Painters of America, and the American Academy of Equine Art. My work is shown in galleries in Jackson Hole, Scottsdale, Denver, Texas, Bozeman, and Missoula, and has been collected by museums such as The Wildlife Experience and Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum.
