I began playing in the medium of watercolor ten years ago. I am a “self taught” artist. I have since moved on to the medium of acrylic which currently is my medium of choice. I love to use acrylic much like, I used watercolor; very wet. I always follow my sixth sense when painting; meaning, I never begin with a plan. I follow the lead of the paint on my canvas. As such, angels faeries and Native American images have revealed themselves to me through the paint.When it comes to painting, I am not the director of the process. I love the element of surprise in painting and the experience of Joy it brings.
