Shea Marie and Lanna at the windows in the Grand Salon, pause for just a moment..
I can not help but wonder what they will remember when they reflect back upon this one unforgettable weekend…

I’ve been doing this for over 15 years.
I was inspired to do this at the age of 22 by Helmut Newton.
I have a love affair with the kind of photography that I do that is beyond my understanding.
I do beautiful fine art coffee table books.
I’m married to my stylist and the love of my life, Raven.
Oh! And I throw parties for a living.
Large parties.

Julian I think you instinct to crop this image the way you did created a dynamic between the two women that wouldn’t have been as apparent with more going on around them.
Precisely! ;-)

It’s about the interaction. Wide angle would have worked also but not in the same way. The nice thing about this is that there’s a ‘fly on the wall’ quality of unseen narrative. Although we all know that flies take rotten photos. ;)
Yeah, tough call to make. I luvd the wide angle stuff, but “Disney” version sure helps focus the attention. ;-)
