It all started with a folded slip of paper handed to me on a rainy sidewalk by a half-seen stranger on a gray afternoon in the city. The only thing on the piece of pale pink stationary was a phone number hand-written in red ink. The slip of paper I put on my night stand, and for a month I stared at it every night, trying to devine it’s message before slipping off into dreamland. Until one night, I awoke and found myself calling the 10 digit phone number in the middle of the night. A woman answered, as I had always secretly hoped for. A slightly cryptic conversation followed and I soon enough found myself ringing a bright red doorbell on an unfamiliar street in The Queen’s district. The massive hand-carved door swung ajar, inviting me to enter a dark marbled foyer. I then listened to my footsteps as I followed the plaintive song of a lone violin to the end of a long, chandeliered hallway. Then stepping thru a tall velvet curtain, I came upon a pair of wrought iron gates that parted just enough for me to clearly see a young woman of uncommon beauty sitting quietly in the middle of a grand salon, with a diamond-leashed peacock at her side. For only a moment, I closed my eyes…

The story exemplified; had it not been for the peacock I could have almost believed it. ;) Technically terrific as ever and work with narrative adds that extra layer which is what you achieve in your work; that manifests itself in all you do. Roger likes.

  • Roger! You’ve just given me an idea. We may need to collab on something. I’ll msg you. :D

Beguiling creations…is there a part 2 to the story OR is this the story?
Love what you have set up here. Especially love the gate, the violin and that peacock…
