if nothing stops Narelle….who in truth is most likely a 14yr old Koorie kid from the block wagging school with a packet of smokes in her back pocket and a cheap can of spray paint in her other pocket….then there should be nothing to stop you either Wendy… the walls and the streets around us are open to all who traverse them…..
