A little while ago I posted an image of the Sydney Opera House taken very late in the afternoon while the sky above was the most exquisite shade of gold….. House of Golden Light … yesterday I found some more slides that complete this series of shots…. there are three in all that were taken from the same spot and show the sky going from deep gold to this heavenly mixture of red and gold and in the next upload the sky will be totally red…… so beautiful……
all shot with transpency film….E6…… and in sequence and all have had mimimal photoshop work ….. a little cleaning up of dust and such like and resizing but no saturating the colours….. they are what was in the sky at the time….. and they are all here as a tribute to my late father and his deep and abiding love of this place and of the art and craft of straight one shot perfection photography….. and his gift of that to me…..

thanks dinghy…. the next upload has a totally red sky…. the are all taken at the same time….look for the little slash of almost a rainbow in the right hand part of the sky’s…. so glad you like these……:)
