Probably the last of the Opera House shots I’m going to be uploading for a while. This was taken a few minutes after House of Golden Light and just a bit further on towards the Harbour Bridge. There are often lovely sailing boats and things moored down past the Customs House and sometimes you can just be lucky with the light and the framing. In another small while all the light will be drained from this sky and the night lights will come on giving the whole area a completely different look again.

It is pretty Juilee but it has it’s darkness buried deep down in that beaten sky and that dark ship that reminds us of how Australia of now came to be. Okay it’s a pretty shot and it’s lovely. Really.
