hi ya Helen… and yes always someone somewhere is watching you…. so it’s always a good idea to never pick you nose while driving etc etc…. I had a good friend who had a big pick up truck and he would drive around and look down into the cars around him…. and he said he would see so many ladies having a quick scratch of the nether regions… it would make his day… he loved it….. you have to laugh….:)

now leonard on the other hand he could write heartbreaking songs and sing …. he can still sing like an angel…. puts shivers up my spine sometimes

I know fully why…........... I spend a lot of time over there myself…....... I too find a real inner connection with it. My favourite thai restaurant is there (Doy Thao) and I love all the second hand shops…......and the people are a constant visual treat…........ what’s not to love?

little known fact….do you realize that I was one of the painters who did the Martin Luther King I have a dream mural on King street… it’s been there nearly 20 years now…looking a bit shabby these days but still an icon

You are so good at this. We are guests in the flotsam of past cultures… or we are augmenters. Cultures swirl more furiously than the residue they wind about.. and scar, expand, and extend. Leaving more for the next swirling set of human ideas and feelings. Forget politics, economics, religion… culture eventually trumps everything and assimilates it.
And you are so good at capturing/communicating the process.

hiya Ted… I have hungry eyes…. and like to think that not only do I look but that I aso see…... not everybody does….random shots like this are me scribbling my thoughts out for others to share my eyes…. I collect little vingettes of life …. so glad you can see this in odd little chatty shots like that…...xx
