These are great. A lovely tribute. Very classy.

  • Juilee Pryor replied

thanks Zoltan… it’s a shame that you can’t really see the texture as that is really what makes these two little images so special…. I’m glad you like them…..:)

An artist is an eye and a mind – bobbing about in a stew of feelings. In this and its companion piece you answer the question, “Can still art dynamically reveal a story arc?”

    Thanks…

  • Juilee Pryor replied

Hi Ted…. thanks for your perceptive comments. I am always searching for way to bring dynamism to my still images….. and my photographs are my stories…....:)

I’d love to see these in real life one day, Juilee…the texture almost shows, but I’m sure it’d be way more noticeable on the actual print. Love what you’ve done with them, and what a beautiful tribute to your sister. So much for me to learn, and so little time!!

  • Juilee Pryor replied

Hi Mel…. they are only really small little pictures but just so bright and tactile…. the paint is really thick on these two….. I reckon you’d really like this tecnique…... :)
