Nuthin’ ‘negative’ about this! Good depth and shadows, with a vaguely ‘alt. circus’ kind of feel. keep rummaging through those boxes if this is an example.

Hi Benjamin, thanks for your comments. If you really look at the image you will see that not only does the roof form a line with her back but the saxaphone is coming out of her bottom :0

Hi Rich, thanks for looking at my work. Yes the owner of the Roller is a mate of mine. The other roller that the model is not standing on belongs to his sister. One’s a silver cloud and the other is a corniche ….. I think. Both cars are gold in colour. At the time I was driving a very battered old holden v8 station wagon and amazingly Tony the owner of the car would take my car out to hoon around in. And he loved this picture. Arn’t friends great!

now that is a hood ornament!!

i wish this was reality. i wish that instead of shiny metal figurines attached to the hoods of expencive cars people gallatly soared in their place. maybe something like that aeroplane wing walking people.

ps. i had a peek at your disaster serie. at first glance it looks like something very intreguing. i will have a closer look at it later…

Hi valentine thanks for looking at my work. By the disaster series I think that you must mean the After the Flood series. I’ve just exhibited that series of work. I had them as A1 size enlargements and they went down really well. Very strong series of work. Thanks again.

Very cool composition- it looks great framed, as it really highlights the shape of the model’s pose and accentuates the very effective vignetting, and transition from foreground to background via the gently light-ening concrete surface.
