I am a grandmother – but clearly not old enough! I have 2 grandchildren – and my husband has 1 – they are all totally scrumptious; we have 6 children between us, so we are forever travelling, visiting, making things, cooking, and otherwise at their beck and call !
Time at home means enjoying photography, cooking, reading, painting, writing (well, thinking about writing is more accurate!), gardening – no time for housework and hate routine anyway. We like to travel abroad but are about to build a house so that is on hold – and besides, we have issued a green statement and will have to watch our carbon footprint!
The things I love include champagne, roses, eating prawns – big fat juicy ones with garlic butter!!, my family, Archie – the West Highland Terrier with attitude!, fast cars, supper with friends, Mozart, the sea, trees and, of course, photography!
I like to look at the world through my lens and project the particles of our wonderful world through it. This world remains fabulous despite the stresses we put on it – when I can get away from people, I feel I am more likely to find personal peace and good images.
