LICK MY VERSE

I having writing poetry since i was a child
Life has been a poetical journal
Containing moments in time, moments of truth,momentsof great joys and self realizations, my tears and fears and memories

Seven children and three husband later;
I have two large chests( A Pandora’s Box )of writing, poems, stories,shopping lists, budgets i never stuck too, bruises, strength, love and self searching

Of things that were sometimes said
Of things that couldn’t be talked about
be it circumstances or a lack of voice on my behalf
the journey has been long and often hard.
Or my choice to hard on myself ah ha!

A wisp of thread
Binds us to our existence
A mountainn of strength
Bails us out of our resistence
