Artist, Political Astrology blogger, and a native of the southeastern US, my preferred medium is oil and watercolor pencil on paper but I have created and sold fabric and felt art, beadwork, wire and vintage jewelry Candle Bowers, and acrylic paintings and portraits.

Currently I use Prismacolor oil and Rexel Derwent watercolour pencils when not using black pen, a holdover from my days at Atlanta School of Art (now College of Art) for Fashion Illustration, Layout, and Design.

Blending real-with-imaginary is my usual style which may be seen most obviously im my Dreamyfish Art collection of botanical fish portraits ‘ensnared within their favorite dream locations’ and where Save Our Oceans and Rivers is a constant refrain.

Then there’s Cosmic Persona Designs, an adult-level gallery of Chiffonery Art and Boudoir Blossoms, my ‘fanciful figure studies’. For Botanical and Children’s Art there’s Secret Moon Art which blends in a bit of Astrology but not too much.

A recent collaboration with astrologer and author Donna Cunningham (Skywriter) allowed my Cosmic and Moon Art images to gain a wider audience in the Spring Equinox 2010 Astrology Blogathon which Donna sponsored along with Mandi Lockley (Astroair) and C. J. Wright (Auntie Moon.)

Selling art-designed items and apparel @ Zazzle is proving to be a good experience and my Political Astrology blogging continues @ Stars Over Washington and Jude’s Threshold on WordPress…do mention Red Bubble if you visit.

You spend hours drawing so why not splash some images onto Red Bubble? / Well, the drawing and the splashing are the easy parts, and even examples from my Dreamyfish Art collection can do that without batting a fish&…

Red Bubble turns out to be fabulous!

Though I’m still very much a newbie here, my friend TK was right: Red Bubble is a very supportive and encouraging Art Community. / Not being a techie though, my concern is about Ever being ready to do some of the fancier things here like making my area nicer for company, uploading images for greeting cards, posters, calendars (that’ll never happen!), and T-shirts (fat chance!) / TK ha…
