Why Do I Photograph?
It feels like an instinct.. a natural attraction that draws me to the beauty of our planet. The only thing I can do to satisfy my feelings is to capture a brief description of what I find. May each minute description, each fraction of a second captured as an image, begin to tell the story of a place far too beautiful for words.
I am inspired by earth.. by life.. by the little details. I hope that through my eyes and through my work I can show people things they would not see. I hope I can invoke thought, and through this, inspire.
Since January of ‘08, I have been building an ever growing portfolio of fine art images ranging from portraits, landscapes, and still lifes, to macro’s, street photography, nature/wildlife photos, HDR’s, and other digitally manipulated creations.
