I was going to wait untill I found out whether or not I was successfull with my submission of this image to the spectrum fantastic art award before I put this up as I dont want to get too far ahead of myself or over expectant with my hopes up as there are really some amazing artists that enter this competition working at a cinema production company/publishing house/add agency level. I am hopefull that in the categories that I have entered I am quietly confident. If i dont get in then there is always next year and a whole 12 months to keep lifting my game producing better and better images of greater depth, quality, meaning and just pure inspiriational fun and colour be it litterally or metaphoricaly. so here is one of my spectrum entries a variation and full colour painting of Magess (Loreala) painted digitaly with a Wacom Intuos4 from the original drawing and painting for referance. Spectrum18 here I come (hopefully) good luck to all my fellow artists entering the spectrum awards (largest fantasy art awards in the world) may I see you in there or if not then may you or I inspire the other to come back with bigger, better, stronger, and better quality images and see us both in there in 2012, good luck to all.
