The cat is Tembi who is 12 years old and the dog is Nala who is nearly 2.They both belong to my daughter,she got Tembi as a kitten and rescued Nala when she was 6 months old.Tembi is a Burmese cat and Nala is a mix of Italian greyhound and Rat terrier.They are the best of friends and sleep together cuddled up and play all the time as in this photo taken at my daughters apartment in Royal Oaks,Michigan.It is amazing how they play just like cubs in the wild !

I am an amateur photographer and mostly photograph wildlife and have a special love for WILD big cats and birds.I am self taught and have never attended a course in photography.I exclusively photograph animals in the WILD which is always challenging! I use only canon equipment and now have 7d , t3i,and power shot 40 sx hs camera`s and use canon 28-135 mm,70-200mm f 2.8 ,100-400mm f 5.6,and 500mm f/4 lenses.

Thanks much,they are indeed wonderful animals but they have to share the limelight with the new baby,interestingly the cat does not come near the baby,but goes into the babies bed and other places when he is not there, and the dog is very protective of the baby :)
