A young 1 year old male cub(Panthera leo) of the Xiumungwe pride looking at an approaching pair of rhino`s Leopard hills,Sabi Sands game reserve,South Africa .As the rhino`s got close surprisingly the mother and this cub and his brother ran away and retreated till the rhino`s went past.They were away from the rest of the pride which consists of 5 lionesses and 8 cubs of varying ages.Canon 7d and canon 500 mm f/4.0 lens at 500 mm f6.3 1/800s iso 2000
