Jos 6:2 And Jehovah said to Joshua, See, I have given
Jericho into your hand, and its king, and the mighty men
Of war.
1.What do you see when the word of God come to you?
What are the thoughts that fill your mind when you hear the words God?
2. When your heart is dominated by human senses, you will not be possible to see the visions of God when the word of God comes to you.
3. Your senses, Touch, feel, hearing, smell and sight are what everyone has. But you need to put these aside and listen to God, Hear what he says, and see yourself in his words.
4. It’s very important that you see when Gods word comes to you. When you can see yourself in Gods word, the word will surely work for you.
5. God said to Joshua, SEE, I have given you the city of Jericho and the King, and all his mighty men.
Now if one was not familiar with this story, you would think that The battle of Jericho was already won and the mighty walls were down, that the mighty warriors of Jericho were slain.
6. The physical battle had not started. The walls were still standing; the warriors of Jericho were still laughing and taunting the Israelites. “SEE”, I have given you the city of Jericho and the King, and all his mighty men.
Joshua had to see it to possess it!!!!!
The moment God said Joshua See, Joshua saw it done by faith. It was like watching a film of something that already happened!
God said See, Joshua Saw it.
Abraham.
Gen 13:14-15,17
There was conflict between Lot’s herdsmen and Abram’s herdsmen. They parted. Lot saw the land of Jordan and saw it was well watered. They parted. Abram lived in Canaan. The God spoke these words to Abram.
14. And after Lot was separated from him, Jehovah said to Abram, Lift up your eyes now and
“look from the place where you are” northward and southward, and eastward and westward.
15. For all the land which you see I will give to
you, and to your seed forever.
17. Rise up and walk through the land, in the length of it and in the breadth of it, for I will give it to you.
18. And Abram moved his tent and came and lived in the oaks of Mamre, which is in Hebron. And he built an altar to Jehovah there.
1. Lot saw with his natural eye, his senses kicked in.
2. Abram saw with the eye of faith. It was physically impossible to see all the land from where he stood.
But He knew God was the one talking with Him. He knew that God was his friend. He knew whatever God told him would result in blessings, and God could not fail.
3. On the strength of who God was and what God said to him:
[A] He saw thousands of miles from North to South, From East to west.
[B] He saw green pastures, running water brooks, countless cattle, sheep and other animals.
[C] He saw the Children of Israel, whose number was as the sand of the seashores, A mighty people. He saw victory, abundance and God in it all the way.
“The extent of his vision was the boundary of his blessing”.
Covenant Child of God!
1. You are no longer ordinary!
2. You are now controlled by the spiritual and not the physical!!!
3. You are no longer influenced by the world system. You are led and guided by the Holy Ghost who lives inside you!
Therefore when you hear Gods word about Devine
Health, prosperity, Success and Victory, Personalise that word and start seeing yourself in it. Start living it!!!
When you do this consistently, and confess the word out you will never be defeated, insecure, a failure, poor or sick.
Never, Never, Never again will you lack anything!
See what God sees!
Confess what God says you have!
Speak out your wealth and victory in Jesus mighty
Name!!!!
