Angel Lana Egessa.
Angel just turned 5 years old and until recently was very well. In February 2009 she became ill, and blood tests showed she was HIV+. We have been treating here with HIV/AIDS drugs since then, now she gets a good stable diet as well. The drugs will only work if the carrier has a high protein, high fiber diet.
My deep passion and inspiration to help as many suffering children in remote villages in Africa, as I and the Charity can. We depend on Gods provisions and your kindness.
It is with your donations we could do this. Please keep on donating and Praying. You really do make a difference. Some foolish Big organizations pump many free AIDS drugs into Africa and other countries, But many will not work as the extreme poor cannot afford good quality food. both Good quality food and the drugs work well together, and will not work effectively independent of each other.

Oh my, a beautiful picture, it is heart wrenching to see and hear of these children with aids, your going out there and getting aid to them with bringing back these photographs brings it all so much closer to the mind and makes me ask if they are controlling the aids with educational materials too, rather than continue to spread this awful disease amongst their fellows…? Thankyou for highlighting your work and sharing amongst the nations here on the bubble Trevor….such a marvelous idea in that we can all reach out together merging just as the colours in a rainbow, bringing hope for the other side… Peace.

Bless her, Trevor…

Such a terrible thing to happen to such a beautiful little child who barely understands any of it except survival and hopefully the love and kindness she can receive… Beautiful portrait of hope and love. Lets pray that this little one will live the long and fruitful life she deserves. Your work does wonders for these hopeful faces. God Bless you!!!

Thank you so much for your love and prayers my dear friends. Your Support and encouragement really does make a real difference to Angel and the poor. I thank God for giving me wonderful precious friends like you. Each day I commit myself to sharing the plight of these precious children, in the belief that people really do care about them and pray for them. right now I and the Philadelphia Charity are facing financial challenges. but I have never allowed lack of finance to deter me from Gods mission to reach these people with his Love and help. You are all part of our mission and I pray God will as he has promised bless you for helping the extreme poor in remote and isolated villages in Africa.

My dear Friend Bradley. You have put in words what I and so many here on RB feel. Since the formation of Philadelphia Mission a small underfunded British Charity, we have helped many Children to eat well, receive medicines adn education. yet the task before us is ever increasing. Many Children with HIV/AIDS are stigmatized and alone. others with sickness and disease are not privileged like we are to drink clean water or eat good food.
AS Long as God gives me breath, I will do what I can to Help the extreme poor in these remote villages. I and none of our staff receive a salary and all donations goes toward these precious children. It is People like you who make this possible. I thank you Bradley and all who Pray, Care and donate towards these people. Your comments really do mean so much coming from a heart of love and compassion. Thank you for your encouragement.
Trevor.
