Bern (bgs1926) died this past weekend in his 82nd year. He had been in recovery from knee surgery. His granddaughter Caroline, wrote to tell me how much our friendship meant to him and how much it filled a void in his life after his dear wife died. He would tell his family about us and that we liked his photos. He will be sadly missed.
Hi Josette… He thought the world of you.. One of the nicest people I have met in life. Always kind to all and never an ill word or jesture from him.. A real team player.. The TPW site was a huge part of his life in recent past. I too will miss him a great deal. This tribute image is beautiful Perfect.. :) big giant smile coming your way.. :)

The thought that I was losing touch with all of my friends over at TPW has had me feeling down in the dumps along with the passing of our dear friend Bern…such a fine gentleman. Thank you for stopping by. I am trying to get into TPW to let the others know….It sure is a mess over there, isnt it?
