Great picture, taking a piece of scenery that people probably walk past every day without a second thought and making it somethink to talk about =D

Excellent night shot. Like the warm tones
Really such a beautiful, ‘warm’ picture. So good that there is google and wikipedia. I see that River Severn was built in 1798 by Thomas Telford. It was erected to replace the 1483 medieval bridge which was swept away in the floods of 1795. There is some speculation locally that its continued ability to carry heavy motor traffic may be thanks to secret strengthening work carried out during the Second World War to allow the bridge to bear the weight of tanks if necessary. When I see an inviting scene like this, I like to know where it is in the world and dreaming of one day just stopping off there.
