A tight, full frame shot of, and I stand to be corrected, a frill necked lizard in the reptile enclosure of the Royal Melbourne Zoo, taken through glass with a Canon 7D and 100mm Macro lens. This guy actually had his nose just about on the glass so it wasnt that easy shooting through the glass at an angle.

I’m just getting back in photography after a long spell with just a point and shoot digital.

In June 2011, I bought my first DSLR and have become infected with the photography bug for the second time in my life.

I am in awe of the talent here on Red Bubble and that inspires me to become a better photographer.

Thanks for stopping by……… :)

Awesome view and image! I love reptiles, so I am a little prejudiced {:-))!

  • Thanks very much for that Glenn. I like how they just sit and let you take their pic. He seemed to be mesmerized at the window. Thanks for stopping by. :)
